Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Investment Holding (OIH) turned to consolidated net losses of EGP 66.55 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, versus net profits of EGP 1.71 million in H1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
The operating revenues increased to EGP 427.27 million in the January-June period, compared to EGP 356.74 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.
As for standalone business, OIH incurred net losses of EGP 59.58 million in H1-21, against net profits of EGP 49.78 million in H1-20.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company turned to net losses of EGP 31.03 million, compared to net profits of EGP 51.64 million in Q1-20, including minority shareholders' rights.
